Six years on NZ residential sites — labourer at LT McGuinness, Cadet Foreman on the 13-storey Pinnacle Apartments at Redican Allwood, then three years as Junior, then Intermediate PM at Williams Corporation. Managed an offshore Assistant PM + QS from the Philippines at Williams — the experience that led me to found APEX Recruitment in Manila (2024–26). Now back to the work I love most: residential delivery.
